Windstone Colony Community Association, Inc., handles the financial and legal affairs of the subdivision. Each lot owner is required to pay an annual maintenance fee which is used to pay for street lights; pay taxes on and maintain the common areas, such as parks, pool, etc.; and pay for legal expenses incurred to enforce the deed restrictions.
The Board of Directors has established a regular meeting schedule every other month on the 4th Monday of the month at 5:00 PM for the business of the community. This meeting is held at the Vanmor Properties office located at 8711 Hwy. 6 North, Suite 270. All members of the Home Owners Association are welcome to attend with prior notice. Please contact the Vanmor Properties if your would like to attend.
Currently the Board is a Developers Board. No board members are elected by the community. Members of the Board and committees receive no compensation for their services.
Windstone Colony Community Association, Inc., has contracted with Vanmor Properties, Inc. to assist with the management of the association.
